Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: case group: middle school and college students who attempted suicide and their biological parents. health control group: the classmates and their biological parents of suicidal students with the same sex and gender, random drawing with ratio of 1:1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not signed the informed consents; 2. Pepole with blood phobia.
