Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria for diabetes based on 1997 American Diabetes Association diagnostic criteria of DM: fasting plasma glucose (FPG)>=7.0mmol/L or postprandial glucose (PPG)>=11.1 mmol/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, hypertension and severe liver and kidney disease were excluded
