Group B:Negative group(i.e., those with normal cervix on colposcopy or low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion [LSIL
CIN 1] on biopsy) are regarded as non-illness.
Group A:34 women with HSIL (CIN 2 or 3) or cervical cancer on histologic examination

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with new onset of sexual life who suspected cervical lesions CIN II and above, positive reaction of HPV16.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women whose urine samples are negative in the beta-actin DNA test; 2. Menstrual period or pregnancy women; 3. Women who has local medication or treatment in Vagina; 4. Patients with cervical cone excision or hysterectomy .
