Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asthma patients: including chronic stable and attack, without systemic steroid therapy within three months,no smoking, without autoimmune diseases, without chronic or acute infection. Control: healthy population.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic steroid therapy within three months,smoking, autoimmune diseases, chronic or acute infection, airflow limitation except for asthma
