Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The method of fertilization is ICSI 2. The previous ICSI-ET has been pregnant and delivered healthy offspring 3, signed the informed consent to give up the remaining blastocyst

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. chromosomal abnormalities in one or both sides of a husband and wife (including a chromosome polymorphism)
