Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The children have congenital ventricular septal defect (VSD) with or without atrial septal defect (ASD), aged 1~6 years old; 2. Children who have no operative contraindications; 3. No other special history:hematopoietic System Disease, hereditary metabolic disease and so on; 4. Parents and children understand research program and volunteer to participant in the program, then sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children or their families refused to participate in this research projects; 2. Children with a history of recent upper respiratory tract infection; 3. Children who are undergoing immunosuppressive therapy or gene therapy; 4. Severe heart failure,heart function III to IV; 5. Other important organ dysfunction.
