Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients that pathological confirmed with nasosinusitis and nasal polyps from ENT hospital of longgang district, shenzhen; 2. male or female, aged from 10 to 60 years old; 3. healthy normal nasal mucosa tissue control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with renal insufficiency; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Those who were vaccinated within three months.
