Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mild or moderate allergic rhinitis were clinically diagnosed; 2. Previously untreated by SIT within 6 months; 3. untreated with glucocorticosteroid with in 2 weeks; 4. aged 5-60 years, female or male; 5. Serum IgE >100 IU, dust mite allergen specific IgE >0.35IU; 6. The patient volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe allergic rhinitis; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. vaccinated within 3 months; 4. Patients are being treated for desensitization; 5. other type of non-allergic rhinitis.
