Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. young male Pakistani students in the university will be enrolled who are aged from 24 to 35 years; 2. Those who have no alcohol use, gastrointestinal diseases and chronic diseases; 3. Those who have no antibiotics in the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have a habit to smoke and drink, Those who have gastrointestinal discomfort during the sampling
