Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The identification of patient's diagnosis was based on standard exam procedures (physical examination, colonoscopy, colonic slow transit test) and/or a subsequent diagnostic laparotomy; (2) ability to read and understand the experiment, and to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Gastrointestinal malignant tumor; (2) metabolic disease, such as diabetes mellitus (DM), gout, hyperlipoidemia (HL); (3) hematopathy, including all types of leukemia and anaemia; (4) any symptom of acute disease during the last 2 weeks, such as:febrile, cough, headache, nausea, vomit, stomachache, diarrhoea, hematuria; (5) momentous stress reaction during the last 2 weeks, such as psychic trauma and a large area of empyrosis; (6) use of specic drugs during the last 3 weeks, such as antibiotic (penicillins, quinolones, torlamician), hormone (deoxycortisone, dexamethasone), nonsteroid anti-in?ammatory drugs (NSAIDs; acenterine, fragrans, saridon, contac), among others; (7) medical treatments before current admission, such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy (because these treatments which invoke metabolic changes); (8) pregnant of lactating female.
