Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HBV infection of liver tissue (control group) included in the standard: a clear diagnosis of chronic hepatitis; no cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma; HBV infection decompensated liver cirrhosis of the liver (compensatory group) into the standard: a clear diagnosis of liver cirrhosis ; HBV infection decompensated liver cirrhosis of the liver tissue (compensatory group) into the standard: a clear diagnosis of decompensated liver cirrhosis. The above three groups must meet the following inclusion criteria: (1) hepatitis B virus positive; (2) aged 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) HBV combined with HIV, TB; (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) and other infected patients; (2) other patients with hepatitis virus infection; (3) liver cirrhosis caused by other causes such as alcohol or drugs; (4) history of cancer; (5)Combined with other cancers including hepatocellular carcinoma, etc . (6) combined with diabetes and other metabolic syndrome.
