Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: HBV infection decompensated liver cirrhosis of the liver tissue (compensatory group) into the standard: a clear diagnosis of liver cirrhosis compensation period; HBV infection decompensated liver cirrhosis of the liver tissue (decompensated group) included in the standard: a clear diagnosis of decompensated liver cirrhosis. Compensatory and decompensation groups are required to meet the following inclusion criteria: (1) hepatitis B virus positive; (2) Age over 18 years old, under 60 years old. Early inclusion criteria for early hepatocellular carcinoma: (1) patients have not received chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy; (2) no other cancer history; (3) a clear diagnosis of early hepatocellular carcinoma (TNMI);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Compensation group and decompensation group exclusion criteria: (1) HBV combined with HIV, TB (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) and other infected patients; (2) other hepatitis virus infected patients; (3) alcohol or drugs and other causes of cirrhosis; (4) have a history of cancer; (5) combined with other cancers including hepatocellular carcinoma; (6) combined with diabetes and other metabolic syndrome. Criteria for early hepatocellular carcinoma: (1) patients with cancer history; (2) patients with hepatocellular carcinoma with lymph node or other organ metastases.
