Inclusion criteria: healthy adult male

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any prior surgical (personal) or occupational exposure to inhalational anesthetics; 2. Obesity with body massindex more than 29; 3. Current or pastal cohol abuse; 4. Medical history of Endocrine diseases; 5. Medical history of Genitourinary diseases; 6. Current or past hormonal supplements use.
