Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) voluntary participation and signature of informed consent; (2) age from 18-65 years, with intervertebral disc degeneration and osteoarthritis, required operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) spinal injury from trauma, tumor or TB; (2) Rheumatic and rheumatoid osteoarthritis ankylosing spondylitis; (3) with other severe complications or pregnancy
