Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 1 year to 18 year; 2. meet the diagnos standard of primary nephrotic syndrome (consistent with the diagnostic criteria of the nephrology group, 2000.11. Zhuhai); 3. acquired Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary nephrotic syndrome; 2. Having basic diseases; 3. there are other reasones to stop the experiment.
