Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease or congenital heart disease, heart valve replacement surgery, congenital heart disease septal repair, CBP coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and required open-chest surgery in patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. younger than 70 years old; 3. ASA classification II-III level; 4. Diabetes Mellitus (Definite Diabetes Diagnosis and Treatment).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. serious liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. combined infection; 3. combined tumor; 4. pregnancy, lactating women; 5. with hypertension or pulmonary heart disease; 6. acute heart failure patients; 7. emergency surgery; 8. malignant arrhythmia.
