Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with DN in Shanghai No.6 People's Hospital during 2015-2017; Smaples stored in the Sample Bank of Shanghai 6th People's Hospital; Patients showed their full intention to participate into the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with other diseases or in other years; patients without consents to take part into the study.
