Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group inclusion conditions: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. At least 3 or more joint swelling, tenderness, including the finger or toe joints, metatarsophalangeal joints, etc., or back pain or spinal rigidity after diagnosis of psoriasis; 3. ESR> 30mm/h or CRP> 13mg/l; 4. No history of medication use; Control group sample inclusion conditions: 1. Healthy people: healthy people who match the age and sex with the case group. 2. Rheumatoid arthritis: diagnosed of RA according to ACR / EULAR 2009; ESR> 30mm / h or CRP> 13mg / l; at least 3 or more joint swelling, tenderness; 3. Ankylosing spondylitis: diagnosed of RA according to the criterion designed by the International Association of 4. Spondyloarthritis 2009 (ASAS), ESR> 30mm/h or CRP> 13mg/l.;Inclusion criteria: Case group inclusion conditions: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2.
