Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Colorectal cancer and adenomatous polyp patients: pathological diagnosis is clear; Control group: health control

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Colorectal cancer and adenomatous polyp patients: we exclude patient who has hyperplastic polyp, IBD, IBS, intestinal tuberculosis, similar medical history in 2 years, and exclede patient who had been treated with chemotherapy and surgery
