Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: single side sensorineural deafness patients, Age>18years old,time of single deafness>1year,PTA of hearing loss>70dB HL,PTA of normal hearing<25dB HL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with weak health and cannot tolerate the examination,patients with mental illness,with metal implants in the body,with claustrophobia and have other MRI contraindication.
