40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients were diagnosed under the diagnosis guideline of acute ischemic stroke of China; 2. All the cases were proved to be the first time to get ischemic stroke through the Computed Tomography (CT) scan and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of brain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tumors, myocardial infarction, and serious diseases of liver, lung and kidney; 2. Patients under chemo-radiotherapy or using immunosuppressor.
