18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: malignant ascites patients: 1. diagnosed as malignant ascites; 2. accepting abdominocentesis successfully. patients of portal hypertension: 1. SAAG(serum-ascites albumin gradaient)>1.1g/L; 2. diagnosed as liver cirrhosis, cardiac, Budd–Chiari syndrome, Sinusoidal obstruction syndrome or hepatic failure; 3. renal ascites.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients of malignant or portal hypertension ascites: 1. accepting invasive therapy for ascites-related diseases; 2. in hospital for abdomin trauma in the past three months; 3. accppting chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy or anti-inflammatories near before or during specimen collection; 4. pregnant woman or psychotic inpatients.
