Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy and no history of cardiovascular disease, including higher normotensive, vascular disorders,dermatological problems et al., and no physical barrier; 2. BMI<25kg/m2 (no overweight and obsity); 3. Noinfectious diseases,allergic disease, prescribed medication et al.; 4. sign a research informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Don't meet inclusion criteria even one; 2. Allergic to laser D; 3. Major surgery in the past 12 months,women subjects kept pregnant or in their menstrual period, don't meet diet criteria; 4. According to the researcher's judgment has lower possibility into the group or other disease let it complicate to join the group, or easy to lost from follow-up.
