50 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 50-75 years old male; 2. The patients with cerebral infarction were in accordance with the standard of diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction, which was revised by the fourth national cerebrovascular disease academic conference, and was confirmed by CT or MRI examination; 3. First onset, onset time 6-48 hours; NIHSS score=5 points, and no coma; 4. Patients who have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.severe liver and kidney disease; 2. malignant tumors; 3. transient ischemic attack; 4. intracranial hemorrhage; 5. history of cerebral infarction; 6. NIHSS score<5 points.
