Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in acute exacerbation stage or under immunotherapy and healthy controls from clinics are recruited in the study; 2. Clinical information are collected; 3. Skin prick test (SPT) and specific IgE (sIgE) detection in serum are performed, samples from patients with positive SPT or serum sIgE, and healthy controls with negative SPT and serum sIgE are used in the study; 4. The written informed consent is obtained from each subject; 5. Peripheral blood was taken into an EDTA containing tube, and tissues are collected after operation; 6. Blood is centrafuged at 450 g for 10 min, and tissues are digested into dispersd cells; 7. Expressions of CD203c, CD63, Fc?Rs, FceRI, subsets of Treg, TLRs, IL-18BP, IL-18R, IL-18, NK1R and SP are detected; 8. The plasma is alquot and frozen at -80°C until use;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with communicable diseases; 2. Vital organs such as heat, liver and kidney have significant pathological changes.
