18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy men aged 18~40 years; weighing more than 45kg, BMI (body weight kg/ height m^2) in the range of 18~25kg/m^2; no organ disease history and drug allergy history; no drug abuse and alcohol addiction; nearly 2 weeks without medication; with good communication between researchers, comply with the requirements of the entire study; informed agree, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participated in other clinical trials in 2 months; donated or want to donate blood within 1 months at the end of the trial period or after the general examination; the general examination and blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory conditions are not qualified; clinical symptoms; laboratory examination (blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram) found in blood, heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; researchers think is not suitable to participate in the test.
