Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. informed consent form; 2. more than 18 years old; 3. be able to comply with the test plan; 4. patients with pathological diagnosis of malignant melanoma; 5. can be followed up and tolerance to phlebotomize.

Exclusion criteria: In malignant melanoma and new therapeutic targets group, the patients who had been treated before
