18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18 to 45 years; 2) HBsAg and HBeAg positive, HBsAg positive duration > 6 months; 3) HBV DNA of 106 or higher cpies/mL; 4) ALT normal in early pregnancy; 5) have agreed to take part in the study, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) the combination of HIV and other hepatitis virus, the TORCH infection; 2) has a history of abnormal liver function or relevant treatment; 3) the fatty liver, liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis, liver cancer; 4) the merger of local disease; 5) the long-term use of hormone or immune inhibitors or antiviral treatment.
