Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 35 to 40; 2. recurrent spontaneous abortion; 3. Repeated IVF-ET failure; 4. requiring for chromosome aneuploidy screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. One or both of the spouses of chromosome karyotype abnormalities; 2. Day 3 Embryo biopsy; 3. PGD cycle; 4. The abnormal chromosome genetic history; 5. The thawed embryos or blastocysts for PGS cycle.
