18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 65 years old, no limit on the gender; 2. Be healthy, no history of swallowing disorder and pain; 3. Be normal Kubota drinking water test; 4. Normal MMSE from 27 to 30; 5. BMI 18.5 to 24; 6. Voluntary to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of a medical system major disease, surgery and severe trauma; 2. Swallowing disorder caused by various reasons; 3. With laryngeal organic disease such as severe pharyngitis, nasal polyps yan septum deviation; 4. Difficulty breathing, delirious and other emergency and severe cases caused by various causes; 5. With viral hepatitis, HIV and other infections; 6. History of cardiac pacemaker human built-in metal equipment such as a built-in brain metal electrode (except titanium), man-made cochlea, pulse generator; 7. All landowners have may increase induced epilepsy: medical history, sleep deprivation, alcohol dependence, lower seizure threshold drugs (olanzapine, CNS drugs such as lithium carbonate); 8. Women during pregnancy or lactation.
