Interventions

IMP:intratympanic methylprednisolone perfusion (0.5ml/day,40mg/ml)
Conventional:intravenous methylprednisolone 80mg/day×4day, 40mg/day×3day, 20mg/day×3day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: SSNHL is defined as a rapid hearing decline at least 30 dB in = 3 contiguous frequencies in 60 dB in the affected ear at the end of the conventional therapeutic regimen at our institution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Structural diseases, such as acoustic neuroma and stroke, are ruled out by head and neurotologic examination and magnetic resonance imaging. Patient has a history of ear disease or family history of hearing loss; 2. The patients exit the investigation; 3. The patients lose the follow-up.
