Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological report indicates colon cancer before surgery; 2. Without chemotherapy or neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy; 3. Without immune-related diseases; 4. Aged less than 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrence of colorectal cancer; 2. With severe hemorrhage, infection and perforate of colorectum; 3. BMI>30 or BMI<15.
