Intervention1: IHMs in 50-millesimal or LM potencies plus concomitant care: Individualized Homoeopathic Medicines (IHMs) will be selected through a rigorous case-taking process consistent with classic

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed case of Parkinsons Disease characterized by the presence of bradykinesia plus at least one of the following cogwheel rigidity, resting tremor, or postural instability. 2.Age people of 40 to 75 years. 3.Both sexes, all gender identities. The Hoehn and Yahr H and Y grading ranges from 1 to 3. 4.Willing and able to attend follow up visits and comply with the trial protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Denying written informed consent voluntarily. 2.Vulnerable populations: unconscious, non-ambulatory, too ill for consultation, terminally ill, critically ill, or cognitively incompetent individuals unable to engage with outcome measures. Clinically diagnosed unstable psychiatric illness, uncontrolled systemic disease including uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, or any life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or producing organ failure. 3.Active tobacco use chewing or smoking, alcoholism, or other substance abuse or dependence screened using the TAPS tool. 4.Self-reported immunocompromised status. 5.Receipt of homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease or any other treatment specifically for PD within the preceding 6 months. 6.Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trial. 7.Conditions requiring immediate surgical intervention or major surgery within the preceding 6 months.
