Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults who are aged 18 years and above, consciously and regularly engage in gratitude practices as part of their regular life experiences and are willing to articulate and share their personal experiences related to gratitude practice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are unable to participate in interviews due to severe illness or other limitations

The study findings will generate in-depth understanding regarding how adults engaged in gratitude-oriented communities sustain gratitude practices in their everyday lives.Timepoint: 1 year
