Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Collegiate students aged 18 to 23 years of either gender with systolic blood pressure between 120 and 139 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure between 80 and 89 mmHg confirmed by physician assessment. Participants with poor sleep quality indicated by a PSQI score of 5 or above, sleep duration less than 5 hours per night, complaints of excessive daytime sleepiness, and willingness to provide informed consent will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with Grade One Grade Two or Grade Three Hypertension. Subjects with cardiac disorders. Subjects with respiratory disorders. Subjects with neurological disorders. Subjects with visual disorders. Subjects with auditory disorders. Subjects with musculoskeletal pain. Subjects taking sleep medications. Subjects with diabetes mellitus. Subjects with a history of recent upper limb surgery lower limb surgery spinal surgery or abdominal surgery. Non cooperative subjects.
