Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Eka kustha/Psoriasis. Patients between the age group of 18-60 years irrespective of gender. Patients willing to participate in the study by signing the consent form. Patients eligible for Snehapana and Shodhana karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from major chronic systemic diseases e.g., Tuberculosis, Cancer, cardiac abnormalities, HIV/AIDS, uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus HbA1c 8 Renal disorders , will be excluded. Pregnant and lactating mother will be excluded. Patients who are ineligible for Snehapana and shodhana will be excluded. 1.To evaluate the efficacy of Arohana Snehapana followed by Shodhana in patients of Psoriasis. 2.To evaluate the efficacy of Sadyo snehapana followed by Shodhana and in Psoriasis. 3.To compare the efficacy of Arohana Snehapana and Sadyo snehapana in the management of Psoriasis. 4.To compare the therapeutic outcomes of both interventions. 5. To document the changes in subjective and objective parameters related to Psoriasis.Timepoint: 6 weeks
