Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects fulfilling diagnostic criteria of avabahuka like shoola stabdata and bahupraspandahara subjects between age group of 30 to 70 years irrespective of gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with history of fracture and dislocation of shoulder joint will be excluded subjects with uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension will be excluded subjects sufferings from any other systemic disorders which interferes with the course of intervention will be excluded subjects with skin diseases or allergic skin lesions over shoulder region pregnant and lactating women subjects who are unfit for nasya karma will be excluded
