Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-specific chronic lower back pain for more than months. 2. Age 18-55 years. 3. Both male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Rheumatoid arthritis 2. Unstable medical conditions 3. Severe cognitive impairment. 4. Unstable Cardiac Pathology 5. Neurological condition 6. Bleeding disorder 7. Post-traumatic fracture 8. Patients diagnosed with a herniated disc, disc bulge , spondylisthesis or fracture at vertebral level.
