Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: University students aged 18 to 25 years, both male and female Students who regularly use a smartphone with dominant hand Participants who have chronic pain from more than 3 month SAS-SV score for male greater than 31 female greater than 33 Cornell hand Discomfort Questioner above 1.6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of recent thumb, hand injury 2. Any previous thumb surgery in the past 6 months 3. Neurological disorder, peripheral neuropathy
