Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Classical signs and symptoms of Jatharagni Mandya loss of appetite, indigestion, heaviness, belching. Subjects willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients for whom Yavagu administration is contraindicated according to Ayurvedic classics. Immunocompromised patients HIV AIDS, Tuberculosis, SLE, etc. Patients suffering from chronic debilitating diseases or receiving chemotherapy ,immunosuppressive drugs. Bed-ridden patients or patients with malignancy, nephropathy, neuropathy, or similar severe illnesses.
