Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 and above Closed distal radius fractures with or without associated distal ulna fractures. Presenting within 72 hours of injury.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Open fractures. Neurovascular deficit or compartment syndrome. Known allergy to local anesthetics. Polytrauma or head injury impairing pain assessment.
