Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women more than 18 years with a diagnosis of epilepsy and on Anti-seizure medication for at least one year Confirmed pregnancy and in the first or second trimester on anti-seizure medications(ASM)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: New onset seizures during pregnancy Significant cognitive impairment or intellectual disability that would preclude meaningful participation in the educational intervention or completion of questionnaires. Severe psychiatric illness at the time of enrolment Women who are unable or unwilling to attend follow-up visits High-risk pregnancies with major obstetric complications or an abnormal anomaly scan at enrolment.

Primary: Change in KAP scores from baseline to post intervention Timepoint: Baseline, Immediate post-intervention and 4 weeks follow up.
