Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects willing to participate voluntarily and provide written informed consent, aged between thirty five and fifty five years, with a body mass index less than thirty, diagnosed with mechanical low back pain and an Oswestry Disability Index score indicating moderate to severe disability ranging from twenty percent to sixty percent, without any radiological findings suggestive of spinal pathology, and healthy subjects without mechanical low back pain having an Oswestry Disability Index score indicating zero percent disability and without any musculoskeletal condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with specific low back pain such as ankylosing spondylitis, spinal tumors, or spinal infections, subjects with vascular disorders including varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis, or peripheral arterial disease, subjects with lifestyle disorders or pregnant women, subjects currently undergoing any form of treatment for low back pain or taking pain relieving medications, subjects with recent lower limb injuries, subjects with neurological or cardiovascular disorders such as stroke, Parkinson disease, peripheral neuropathy, or ischemic heart disease, subjects with recent spinal fractures, surgeries, trauma, or spinal deformities, and subjects who are unable to understand or follow the instructions of the physiotherapist due to cognitive impairment, intellectual disability, hearing impairment, communication deficits, or altered mental status.
