Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age eighteen years or older. Diagnosed with ST elevation myocardial infarction, non ST elevation myocardial infarction, or unstable angina according to European Society of Cardiology guidelines. Willing to undergo nailfold capillaroscopy within seventy two hours of hospital admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Prior coronary artery bypass graft surgery. Active autoimmune or rheumatic disease. Severe nail pathology, for example psoriasis.
