Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Vaginal discharge since for 10 days 2 Willing to consent and follow up for the study period 3 abnormal vaginal discharge as per speculum examination and/or Signs of vaginal/cervical inflammation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Physiological leucorrhea: lactating women, pregnant woman, newly married women 2 Women with IUCD 3 Women who have undergone hystertomy 4 Pathological disease HIV, Gonnorrea, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease,Neoplasm ,DUB 5 Use of systemic or topical antibiotics, antifungals, or any vaginal medications within the past 2 weeks
