Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment Patients requiring permanent maxillary first premolar extractions Patients with Class I skeletal relationship Patients with maxillary incisors or bimaxillary proclination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Class II skeletal relationship Patients with Class III skeletal relationship Patients with crowding more than 4mm Patients with any underlying systemic conditions
