Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group 18-60 years diagnosed with distal radius fracture, patients with kinesiophobia assessed using Tampa scale for kinesiophobia TSK scale more than 36 , patients with unilateral distal radius fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairments,Patients who are not willing to participate, Ipsilateral upper-extremity fracture, Pathological fractures, including fractures secondary to malignancy, metabolic bone disease, or infection, Associated tendon injuries , Patients with diagnosed neurological disorders affecting upper limb function

1 To determine the association of kinesiophobia with pain in patients with distal radius fractures 2 To determine the association of kinesiophobia with hand grip and pinch strength in patients with distal radius fractures 3 To determine the association of kinesiophobia with disability in patients with distal radius fractures Timepoint: first, third and sixth weeks post-operative following the fracture
