Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly women from 60-80 yrs. Residents of the selected old age homes from rural and urban areas in Mysore. Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly women who is on psychiatric medications Unconscious , bedridden women Women with CVS Osteoporosis
