Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premenopausal Women aged 18 to 45 years with regular menstrual cycles. Clinical evidence of associated nodularity on breast examination. Willingness to undergo ultrasound guided core needle biopsy and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non cyclical mastalgia. Clinical or radiological suspicion of malignancy. History of hormonal therapy in the preceding 3 months, oral contraceptives HRT Pregnancy, lactation or breastfeeding. Known endocrine disorders PCOS, hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia Previous breast surgery or biopsy on the same side. Any contraindication to core needle biopsy.
