Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria Primigravida or multigravida Gestational age more than 34 weeks Diabetic on dietary modifications only First stage of labor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria Second stage of labor Heart disease Pulmonary disease Severe preeclampsia Diabetic on OHA or insulin Patient on anticoagulation
